Taking Care of Yourself After Having a New Baby

Congratulations on becoming a new mom! It can be a very challenging and tiring time, but there are several things you can do to stay rested and energized. Sleep when the baby sleeps: This is a common piece of advice for new moms, but it's true. Try to nap or rest when your baby is sleeping, even if it's just for a short period. Ask for help: Don't be afraid to ask your partner, family members, or friends for help with the baby or household chores. Having extra support can help you get some much-needed rest. Take care of yourself: Make sure you're eating well and drinking plenty of water. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they can interfere with your sleep. Create a relaxing environment: Make sure your bedroom is comfortable and quiet. Consider using earplugs, an eye mask, or a white noise machine to help you sleep. The Charles Manson Cult

Charles Manson was an infamous American criminal and cult leader who led a group of followers known as the Manson Family. He was responsible for orchestrating a series of brutal murders in California in 1969, which included the deaths of actress Sharon Tate and four other people. Manson was born on November 12, 1934, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He had a troubled childhood and was frequently in and out of juvenile detention centers and prison. In the 1960s, he moved to California and began to gather a group of followers who shared his beliefs in a coming race war he called "Helter Skelter." On August 8, 1969, Manson instructed four of his followers to go to the home of Sharon Tate, who was pregnant at the time, and kill everyone inside. Home Cultivation of Cannabis

Cannabis has been widely used for many years in the United States and worldwide.  In the last several years, cannabis has become more recognized as a medical drug as well more acceptable for recreational use both legally and by the public.  The use of cannabis has been legalized in many jurisdictions in the United States and globally, with different regulations on growing (Belackova, Roubalova (Stefunkova), and van de Ven 2019, 44) .  Home cultivation is often the only way people have access to cannabis where cannabis sales haven’t been legalized without making an illegal purchase (Azofeifa, Pacula, and Mattson 2021, 527) .   The goal of this research is to understand how widely cannabis home cultivation is, the ways in which it is valued by its cultivators and users, how it is used, and to recognize it as a legitimate addition to discussion about urban agriculture.  This information will be a resource for communities and lawmakers to reference when considering updating cannabis relate
